Anden's Birthday Party (warning: these pictures were stolen!!!)

Saturday we celebrated Anden's birthday even though her real birthday is in July. But, this year, Anden had broken her collar bone and was unable to have the gymnastics party she wanted. Great things come to those who wait!!! The pary was EXCELLENT!! The kids and adults all had so much fun! I did not bring my camera so I had to steal these photos from Anden's mommy's photo page. Fun with the Neighbors!

I am so excited to have neighbors! And, I am even more excited that they have children: a girl who is 4 and a boy who is 1. And, I am excited that they are friendly and actually like to talk. The dad invited Turner and I over the other evening so Turner could enjoy their huge blow-up water slide while Wes was at a church meeting. So, we ended up staying for about 2 hours. Turner had a blast. The mom is a PT, she runs marathons (DeAnn, she showed me the rest of the running trail that we totally missed the other day), and she is really nice. The dad is a basketball coach for a highschool in this area and he likes to drink beer- automatic friend for Wes! So, we all win! Now we just need more neighbors that we like with kids: (HINT TO CASEY AND STEVE!!!).

First Weekend in the New House

We had the Arnolds, Nana Sharon and the Harvills over for our first weekend in the new house. We had to celebrate by cooking on Wes' new grill and invite our friends over to help us eat!

The kids played hard so we had to throw them in the tub to clean up:Thanks to Nana Sharon for getting us a very fine wine as a house warming gift! I have displayed it in our wine rack! She also got us a lottery ticket but it wasn't the winner! Oh, well!Here are a few pics from inside our home:

Moving In

We finally moved into our new house on the 25th of July with a lot of help from our friends. I didn't take photos of the move because we were all so busy but I did get a few of Turner and Anden enjoying Turner's new room. But, we are for the most part settled in with just a few things left in the garage to put up. So, hopefully by this weekend we will be done!
