Highland Mardi Gras Parade

We met the Arnolds and Nana Sharon down on Highland Street today for the Highland Mardi Gras Parade. We had lots of fun and the weather was great!

A Taste Of Louisiana!

It is that time of the year again: King Cakes and Mardi Gras Parades!
We crashed our friends' Casey and Steve's Mardi Gras party, since they live a block from the parade route, so we could use their bathroom facilities and hang out until the parade began last Saturday. We snacked a bit and drank a bit!

Ainsley Burcham

Ainsley is the newest addition to the Burcham Family. She is 2 months old and Turner adores her! He feels like such a big boy to be able to hold her.

Just a photo...

The Karate Kid

Turner is now in a karate class to help release all of this energy he has every afternoon. Plus, I figured a little discipline never hurt anyone, so I am hoping this helps out a lot! Also, he just looks so cute in his outfit!

Mimi and Danna's Birthday

2 weeks ago we celebrated my mom's and Jordanna's birthday at our house. Turner insisted they needed a Power Ranger Birthday Cake just like Papa's back in October. So, it being the Mardi Gras season, I improvised and bought a King Cake and added Power Rangers to the top! That was probably the best "birthday cake" I've had in a very long time!
