O Christmas Tree!

Well, Thanksgiving is over and that means it's Christmas time! We put the tree up and decorated the house for the Christmas season. Turner could care less about decorating the tree! I even had Christmas music on, and he still wanted to play in his room and not help me! Oh, well! Santa will remember that!!

Greers Ferry Lake in Arkansas

The Dreher's flew from Georgia to Arkansas for Thanksgiving to spend time with Lyndee's family this year. Since Chris is home from the war, we had to drive 5 hours to see him before he is off for another tour in Afganistan the end of December. We had lots of fun just hanging out and letting Turner and Rachyl play. We were hoping to enjoy a great day of football, too, but our Tigers just let the Razorbacks win! So much for the National Championship!!!

Happy Turkey Day!

Here are a few pictures-not in order-from Thanksgiving. We spent all day at my mom and dad's before heading up to Arkansas to see the Dreher's. We ate tons of food and had a birthday party for Leanna who is now 15 years old! Wow, am I getting old! Happy Birthday, Hannah Leanna Montana!
We are all stuffed.

This is what Thanksgiving is all about: THE TURKEY!!!
Everyone is waiting for the turkey to be cut up so we can sneak bites before lunch is served.

Dossier Completed!!!

WOW! After 5 months of gathering paperwork, I have finally gotten everything together to send off to our adoption agency in Tennessee! Finally!!!

LSU FOOTBALL

Somebody stole our tailgate spot!

I thought this was a cool shot of Les Miles getting off the bus with the players.Jordanna and Ryan at their first LSU game. Will they convert and be forever LSU fans?

Look how good our seats were!

Wes, Jordanna, Ryan, and I went to the LSU vs LaTech game this weekend and had lots of fun. We ate at the Melting Pot Friday night with Aubre and Garrett then got up early Saturday morning to start tailgating by 9am! We grilled hamburgers and hotdogs, got rained on, and then cheered for the football team and band as they made their way to the stadium! We had awesome seats! And, we finished our weekend off with breakfast at none other than Another Broken Egg! Good Times!!
